Northern Horizon Capital is an experienced investment manager operating from offices located in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Stockholm, Tallinn, Vilnius and Berlin. Northern Horizon manages several real estate funds and separate accounts and manages over €1bn in assets. Northern Horizon focuses on niche markets and specialized strategies in Northern Europe.
We are looking to hire a part-time Junior Analyst
Northern Horizon is looking for a junior analyst with strong analytical and financial skills to be part of the expansion of Northern Horizon’s Danish activities. The right candidate will be part of the investment management team and work in close collaboration with the senior management.
Your future tasks will predominantly be of financial nature and you will be supporting the management team in a broader pallet of working tasks, including development of presentations for board and investor meetings, investor related activities, including presentation of investment cases and preparation of market and company analyses and other ad-hoc practical office assignments.
The focus in the Danish market is currently new investments into private operated care homes for a newly established real estate fund. Going forward the focus will be on expanding our Danish activities which requires a significant focus on business development and we therefore expect that you, in addition to your strong analytical skill base, possess an opportunity-driven and entrepreneurial mind-set as well as an outgoing personality.
Your working hours will on average be 20 hours per week with flexible working arrangements during your exams. Ideally, you are available to start as soon as possible.
