Northern Horizon Nordic Aged Care Fund announces Four Stars GRESB Result

Today, Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) announces publicly the results of the 2021 Real Estate Assessment. We are proud to report that the Northern Horizon managed Nordic Aged Care SCSp SICAV-SIF Fund has received a 4-star GRESB-rating.

Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark is widely recognized as the standard for measuring sustainability performance. Nordic Aged Care Fund participated in the GRESB assessment for the first time in 2018. In the 2021 assessment, the Fund achieves a total score of 80, representing the second highest GRESB score in the Healthcare, Senior Homes category in Europe.
