Riikka Moreau is the Fund Manager of Nordic Aged Care Fund and Aged Care Fund IV. Riikka’s main focus is on executing the fund’s investment strategy maximizing property value and delivering long-term value to investors. Her duties include fundraising. assessment of opportunities, stakeholder relations, and risk management as well as overseeing the day-to-day activities associated with the fund. Riikka has a background in real estate investment, strategic development and advisory, with over 15 years of experience in the serviced real state sector. She has held senior positions for an international real estate investors and developers and has built a strong international real estate sector network. As Head of Finland, Riikka also leads Northern Horizon’s Finnish team. Riikka holds a master’s degree in business administration.
