Verna Pänttäjä is the Risk & Compliance Officer of Northern Horizon. In this role, Verna is responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Verna brings more than eight years of experience in legal and compliance related fields and risk management. Before joining Northern Horizon in 2025, Verna held various positions within the financial sector. Verna holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in English and European Law from Queen Mary, University of London, a Master of Laws in Finnish Law from the University of Helsinki, and a Master of Science in Economics & Business Administration from Hanken School of Economics.
