Justas Zlatkauskas is the Co-Fund Manager of Nordic Aged Care Fund. He is also Portfolio Manager of Nordic Aged Care Fund and Aged Care Fund IV. Justas’ duties include portfolio analysis and optimization, financial modelling, and internal valuation as well as analysis of investment objects and complete portfolio deals. Justas started his professional career as an audit consultant. He joined Northern Horizon in 2013 and prior to being promoted to Co-Fund Manager and Portfolio Manager, Justas has held positions as head of Fund Controlling and Senior Fund Controller. In these positions, Justas has built a deep understanding of the Nordic healthcare real estate market. Justas holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management.
