Karolina Tauginaitė is the Head of HR & Administration at Northern Horizon. Her duties include HR management, recruiting and HR administration, group administration and organizational processes management as well as IT. Karolina has extensive experience in all aspects of HR working for international companies from the financial sector, professional services, and retail. Karolina started her career in HR working as a Recruiter. Prior to joining Northern Horizon in 2019, she has held positions as Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner. Karolina holds a bachelor’s degree in geography and additional postgraduate studies in business management and administration.
