Laura Kurtinaitytė has been with Northern Horizon for more than 20 years. Today, she is an Asset Manager focusing mainly on the healthcare assets in Denmark. Prior to this position, Laura was the Office Portfolio Manager for Baltic Horizon Fund. In this role, she was responsible for enhancing the strategic value of the Fund’s office assets across the Baltic capitals. Laura has extensive property management experience from the Baltic real estate market. She has been involved in over 60 acquisition and divestment projects in the region. Laura has solid experience in handling fit-out projects, and she has also managed asset certification projects and construction of new property. Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in management and business administration.
