Laura Kurtinaitytė has been with Northern Horizon for more than 20 years. Today, she serves as an Asset Manager focusing on the healthcare assets in Denmark and Sweden.

Laura has extensive property management experience and brings solid experience in handling fit-out projects, managing asset certification projects and the construction of new property. Prior to her current position, Laura was Office Portfolio Manager for Baltic Horizon Fund. In this role, she was responsible for enhancing the strategic value of the Fund’s office assets across the Baltic capitals. She has been involved in over 60 acquisition and divestment projects in the region. Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and Business Administration.
