Piia Sipilä is an Asset Manager. Her focus is on Northern Horizon’s healthcare funds. In this role, Piia’s duty is to manage the income-producing assets and properties under development. Piia has 13 years of experience in real estate. She has worked with both small and large portfolios including office, retail, hotel, shopping center, logistics as well as school and healthcare properties. Before joining Northern Horizon in 2022, Piia worked as a Key Account Manager in an international construction and property management company. Piia holds a master’s degree in real estate economics.
