As of June 17, 2025, Northern Horizon Capital A/S, the parent company in the Northern Horizon group, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, has officially changed its name to Northern Horizon A/S.

Although the legal name of the company will be Northern Horizon A/S, we will continue to use Northern Horizon group or Northern Horizon for marketing and branding purposes.
