We are particularly immensely proud of the results achieved by the Aged Care and Social Infrastructure Fund. ACSIF has once again received the maximum five-star rating with an improved score of 93 points compared to 89 points in 2024.
In addition to ranking #1 in its peer-group, ACSIF has achieved Global Sector Leader status in the non-listed healthcare category in the Standing Investments Benchmark, as well as Regional Sector Leader in Europe.
GRESB Sector Leaders represent the top performers in their respective sectors and regions across the GRESB assessments. Being awarded best in the non-listed healthcare category is truly exceptional and stands as a strong recognition of the Fund’s dedicated work towards sustainable practices.
Aged Care Fund IV is also showing positive momentum, retaining its 4 stars and improving its GRESB score to 89 points from 82 points in 2024. The Fund is ranked 3rd in the peer-group.
The achieved positions for both healthcare funds are a direct result of a very productive collaboration with the tenants across the portfolios of the two Funds. A key focus area for us has been to transition to renewable energy sources including solar panels and to reduce energy use and improve GHG performance.
“We are tremendously excited today to see these efforts being recognized by GRESB. The new ratings inspire us to keep raising the bar,” commented Northern Horizon’s Sustainability Manager Dunja Lönnqvist.
