ACSIF is #1 in its peer group for the second time in a row
This year, Aged Care Social Infrastructure Fund (ACSIF) has retained its five-star rating (a score of 92.4 points) and is once again ranked #1 in its peer group.
“We are strong supporters of the annual GRESB assessments and use the results to benchmark ourselves against the best performers and to set even more ambitious targets. We are particularly proud this year that ACSIF has once again been recognized as #1. We operate in an ambitious and competitive sector, so this result is a strong recognition of our continued efforts to advance sustainable practices,” commented Northern Horizon’s Sustainability Manager, Dunja Lönnqvist.
“More recently, we took another important step for ACSIF by committing to set Net Zero targets through the Science Based Targets initiative. This will require robust data, clear prioritization of actions and even stronger alignment across our organization. These efforts will also support the continued positive development of our future GRESB performance,” Dunja Lönnqvist continued.
ACIV improves its GRESB score
Aged Care Fund IV (ACIV) has also retained its four-star rating and improved its GRESB score to 90.5 points, up from 89 points in 2025. The Fund is ranked 4th in its peer group.
“We have improved our rating compared with 2025, and we are very pleased with this progress. The improvement was mainly driven by a higher number of assets in the portfolio receiving sustainability certifications, alongside close and continued collaboration between our asset managers and our tenants to improve the energy efficiency of each asset. Our efforts continue, and we remain committed to achieving the highest GRESB ratings for ACIV in the next GRESB reporting cycle,” commented Northern Horizon’s Sustainability Manager, Dunja Lönnqvist.
