We can expect two challenging years for the property market as well as the Swedish households. This was the message from the international experts at the Business Arena conference.
According to Andrew Smith, partner at Northern Horizon, international investors do not see a lot of opportunities in Sweden in the economic situation that the country is facing at the moment. The Swedish economy is going through a tough time, and unfortunately, I believe that the worst is yet to come for the Swedish property market before things get better, Andrew says.
