Northern Horizon is pleased to announce Niels-Ulrik Mousten as a new member of its Board of Directors. Niels-Ulrik Mousten will replace André Jaeggi.

Niels-Ulrik Mousten brings substantial international investment management and operational experience to the board. Having led Danske Capital – one of the largest Nordic asset managers, as CEO for over 15 years until 2016, and before that SEB Asset Management Denmark, Niels-Ulrik Mousten has been the leading figure in the Nordic investment industry for decades. In addition, Niels-Ulrik Mousten brings extensive board experience in a wide spectrum of organizations and industries – spanning from large, complex, international organizations to small startup companies.

We look forward to having Niels-Ulrik on the board of Northern Horizon. On 22 February 2024, the ongoing construction of the new care home and daycare facility in Kolding, Denmark was celebrated at an open event with speeches by the mayor and the future care operators. Once completed, the care home will offer 80 modern care apartments and the private daycare facility will accommodate 89 children.

Northern Horizon, specialized healthcare real estate investor, has signed a deal with Danish developer Scandinavian Property Development to purchase a care home under construction in Hørsholm, Denmark. Once completed in the summer of 2025, the care home is expected to achieve DGNB Gold certification. Attendo A/S will operate the care home.
